<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory device and a computer program which can store created document data in a storage region regardless of a rule, and furthermore can store the data in the storage region which follows to the rule. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A management device 1 which stores document data applicable to an administrative document file 204 in a small classification folder 203 with which the administrative document file 204 is related based on the predetermined rule, receives the assignment of a folder in a user side area 100 which memorizes the document data, acquires a registration information concerning the document data. The device searches the administrative document file 204 based on inputted registration information, and receives the assignment of a storage region concerning the searched administrative document file 204 from a file selection screen.
