PURPOSE: An organic thin film transistor having a microstructure is provided to form the microstructure in a specific region or the whole region of the lower part of an active layer and to improve the injection of the electric charges from a source region to a channel region. CONSTITUTION: A gate electrode(110) is formed on a substrate(100). A gate insulating layer(120) is formed on the gate electrode. An active induction layer(130) is formed on the gate electrode. An active layer(140) is formed on the active induction layer. A source electrode(150) and a drain electrode(160) are formed on the active layer.
