PURPOSE: A skin photographing apparatus is provided to be easily applied in various types of cameras. CONSTITUTION: A skin photographing apparatus includes a casing(10), a lighting unit(20), a support unit(30), a cover unit(40), and a photographed unit. The casing having a space inside is sealed. The lighting unit formed in an edge of one side of the casing provides lighting for a camera. The support unit formed in an external wall of the one side of the casing is capable of moving in every direction along the casing and fixes the camera on an upper surface. The cover unit is formed to shield a through-hole penetrated in the one side of the casing where the support unit is installed. The photographed unit is formed in a side surface facing the one side of the casing where the support unit is installed.
