PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode display and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve light output efficiency by forming a first electrode that is a reflection electrode and a second electrode that is a semitransparent electrode. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(147) is formed on the upper side of a substrate. A hole transporting layer is formed on the upper side of the first electrode. A light emitting material layer(155) is formed on the upper side of the first electrode. The light emitting material layer includes first to third light emitting patterns. A second electrode(158) is formed on the upper side of the light emitting material layer.
