The handgrip (10) has a radio transmission device that is arranged inside of the handgrip for transmission of a compressed high-definition (HD) video signal. An antenna (46) is completely arranged within a camera housing (18). The radio transmission device transmits the control signals for adjusting a surgery lamp. An HD-video camera (16) is arranged in an interior of the lamp, where the housing serves as a cooling body for the HD-camera. An image processing apparatus comprises a computer, which is provided with a processor (36), a working memory and nonvolatile memory. The computer is provided with a self-sufficient operating system such as Linux(RTM: Unix-like computer operating system). The radio transmission device is designed as a wireless local area network (WLAN) transceiver. |
