The propeller has a hub (1) which is connected with one end of the propeller blades (2-5). The other end of the propeller blades are connected together by a ring (6). Several shortened propeller blades (7-14) are attached with the ring. The shortened propeller blades are extended from inner side to outer side of the ring, such that pushing force is produced with high incident flow velocity.
