PURPOSE: A surface-treatment method for an inner diameter of a nut and a surface-treatment device for the same are provided to improve the uniformity of depositing a nut. CONSTITUTION: A surface-treatment method for an inner diameter of a nut comprises: a first step(S110) for treating the nut of a stainless steel material; a second step(S120) for activating the surface of the nut; a third step(S130) for electroplating the surface plating solution by circulating the surface plating solution from the upper part of the inner diameter of the nut to the lower part of the same or from the lower part of the inner diameter of the nut to the upper part of the same; and a fourth step(S140) of buffing the outer diameter of the nut.
