<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin-diameter coaxial cable harness, in which the central conductor never breaks, even if it is repeatedly deformed, and besides is excellent in bendability and is easy of bundle processing, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: For the thin-diameter coaxial cable harness 20, the terminals of a plurality of bundled thin-diameter coaxial cables 24 are connected to a connector 25 and are terminated there and are used for a place where it curves, turns or slides within equipment. In this case, the plurality of thin-diameter coaxial cables 24 are bundled, being passed through a tubular knitted sleeve 23 that is made by knitting synthetic fibers, and for the knitted sleeve 23, the tensile strength of the synthetic fiber is ≥3.0 cN/dtex, and the fiber diameter of the synthetic fiber is ≥30 μm and ≤60 μm, and the thickness is ≤0.1 mm, and the knitting density is ≥55 pieces/inch in the number of loops and ≤75 pieces/inch in the number of loops in the width direction, and is ≥25 pieces/inch in the number of loops and ≤35 pieces/inch in the number of loops in the length direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
