The cup (2) has a centering rod (5) for forming a gauge and maintaining an electric beam in the cup in a temporary manner before fixation of the cup against a reception assembly. The rod includes an end (5a) integrated with the cup by integration units that are ruptured. The rod includes another end (5b) separated from the cup and permitting free access for insertion of an electric contact unit of the beam around the rod. The rod is perpendicular to a plane of the cup from a medium of the cup. The former end penetrates inside a recess (4), and the integration units are placed at the recess. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for mounting an anti-rotation cup of an electric distributor against a reception assembly (2) a reception assembly comprising a stud.
