Shuttering for casting walls comprises a shutter 10 which is placed in position first and a second shutter 11 which is lowered into a position opposite the shutter 10 so that locating members 67 engage guides 50. Screwed rods 42 at the bottom of the shutter 10 are then engaged with nuts in the shutter 11 when it is in position. The shutters are spaced by sleeves on the rods 42 and adjustable stops 71 on the members 67 engaging the guides 50. The shutter 10 is anchored by ballast 25 on a platform 24 supported at the outer end by a jack 28 for adjusting the final position of the shuttering.</p> |
