The tool i.e. cutting hand tool (1), has two tool side pieces (2, 4) cross-wise arranged in a joint area defining a rotational axis (29), where the tool side pieces form cutting sections (23, 43) comprising side piece tips (27, 49). The side pieces comprise gripping sections (21, 41) on a side of the joint area facing the cutting sections. One of the side pieces possesses a digging nail (24) for forming a rotation axis and a universal joint bearing location. The other side piece is not provided with the digging nail so that the latter side piece comprises multiple digging nail holes (44, 46).
