PURPOSE: A filter element and a filter device are provided to prevent the rear side of an outflow-protection membrane from adhering to a contact section when contacting the outflow-protection membrane with the contact section by equipping one or more embossed adhesion hindrance areas on the surface of the contact section. CONSTITUTION: A filter element comprises a circular outflow-protection membrane(44). The rear side(56) of the outflow-protection membrane faces one or more end members(38). The outflow-protection membrane is flatways arranged on the surface of the end members while being maximally opened. The surface of a contact section which faces the rear side is equipped with one or more an end member contact section and one or more embossed adhesion hindrance areas for hindering the adhesion of the outflow-protection membrane.
