PURPOSE: A wearable wireless communication device, a system for providing information about a point or interests using the same, and a method thereof are provided to send information about a service company of interests such as an advertisement message, an ongoing event, or the like to a wireless communication device when the device enters the range of wireless communication to the service company of interests. CONSTITUTION: A user registers identification information of a wireless communication device and points of interests, optionally, identification information of a wearer of the wireless communication device(S610). The wearer of the wireless communication device enters a first service area in which a first point of interests is include, and the wireless communication device receives information frequency sent from a first base station(S620). The wireless communication device, which received the information frequency, transmits the identification information of the wireless communication device or the wearer to a management server through the first base station(S630). The management server authenticates the identification information(S640) and checks whether the first point of interests is registered as a corresponding point of interests to the identification information and an agreement with information reception about the first point of interests(S650). If the first point of interests is registered as a point of interests and an agreement with information reception exists in step S650, the management server sends the information about the first point of interests such as a location, event items, the use status or the like to the wireless communication device(S660). If the first point of interests is not registered as a point of interests or an agreement with information reception does not exists in step S650, all communications are finished(S670). The wireless communication device, which have received the information about the first point of interests, outputs the received information through a display part(S680).
