Fixation system with bone plate and two kinds of bone screws, of which one kind comprises threads (41) on the screw head (40). The bone plate has two intersecting and stepped circular holes (21, 22) of different sizes, in the upper areas of which there extends a rib (33), which cooperates with the thread (41) and in so doing adapts thereto.
