The dynamic stabilization device (1) has two spaced apart bone anchoring elements (2) which are connected with a partially elastic bar over fastening elements (4). The bar has an adjustable unit (7) for influencing its elasticity. The unit is adjustable before or after the implantation of the stabilization device. A casing (6) is made of a silicone or polyether ether ketone.
