PURPOSE: An aqueous cutting fluid composition is provided to improve efficiency and density of a cutting process, thereby improving work environment. CONSTITUTION: An aqueous cutting fluid composition comprises a compound represented by chemical formula 1; organic acid; a glycol compound; a glycol ether compound; one or two more selected from aliphatic amine, aromatic amine, and inorganic base; and residual water. In chemical formula 1, R is hydrogen or a C1-20 substituted or unsubstituted divalent hydrocarbon which does not have an aliphatic unsaturated bond; and A is a monopropylene oxide or polypropylene oxide. The organic acid is selected from caprylic acid, capric acid, lauric acid, stearic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid, linoleic acid, isononanoate, and stearic acid. The glycol compound is selected from ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, diethylene glycol, triethyleneglycol, tetraethylene glycol, butylene glycol and hexylene glycol. |
