PURPOSE: A customized blood pressure management system is provided to notify proper notification content for individuals to a wearer, a protector, or a doctor by monitoring the development of blood pressure changes. CONSTITUTION: A bio signal measuring unit(20) extracts bio data from a bio signal of a wearer. A context-aware sensor unit(10) senses the movement of products used by the wearer or the movement of the wearer to extract event data. A portable terminal(30) receives the bio data to transmit the data to an external server(40). The external server checks the abnormality of the bio signal through the event data and the bio data and extracts the movement of the products or the wearer according to the bio signal.
