PURPOSE: A liquid cargo storage tank for reducing sloshing and an offshore structure with the same are provided to prevent damage to an internal structure due to sloshing because inclined members are attached to the transverse members and the inner surface of the storage tank to make a firm structure. CONSTITUTION: A liquid cargo storage tank for reducing sloshing comprises a body part(100), transverse members(120), inclined members(160), and longitudinal members(140). The body part stores liquid cargo. The transverse members are installed to transversely partition the body part to multiple partitioning parts, and have longitudinal penetration parts by which the partitioning parts are communicated. One end of the inclined members is obliquely coupled to the transverse members at a predetermined angle, and the other end thereof is coupled to the inner side of the body part. The longitudinal members are installed in the transverse direction of the body part at predetermined intervals and have transverse penetration parts.
