Method and device for producing and adjusting customised orthopaedic shoe inserts

The shoe insert strip (1) has a three-dimensional data model of a sole of foot for forming plastic material shaped upper side (3) of the strip, where the data model is partially formed as negative footrest of an orthopedically adjusted footrest (4). The shaping upper side of the strip is machined from pressure -resistant plastic rigid foam. The plastic rigid foam is an extruded polystyrene rigid foam. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) an orthopedic shoe insert-adjusting device with a shoe insert blank; (2) a manufacturing method for a shoe insert-strip; and (3) an adjusting method for a shoe insert blank.
