PURPOSE: A welding solution spread apparatus is provided to easily spread an adhesive solution on a coupling part of a tube and head, thereby improving productivity. CONSTITUTION: A welding solution spread apparatus(100) comprises an accommodation case(110) which moves a head of a heat exchanger to upper side; an adhesive solution spreading part(120) which is rotatably coupled to the adhesive solution accommodation case and is spread adhesive solution to the head through the rotation. The accommodation case has an open top and a guide part to guide the movement of the head. A plurality of adhesive solution-spreading part are formed in the accommodation case.
