PURPOSE: A suspension device for a vehicle using an MR damper is provided to correspond to a large weight and a riding conform of a medium and large size RV, an SUV, and a commercial vehicle and to reduce production costs. CONSTITUTION: A suspension device(40) for a vehicle using an MR damper comprises a connecting bar(42) and a pair of MR dampers(50). The connecting bar is connected to a lower arm(10) in order to be symmetrized with the lower arm from side to side to be horizontal with a vehicle body(1). One end of the MR damper is connected to a connection bar, and the other end is connected to the vehicle body.
