PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a heart insulating material is provided to remarkably reduce the manufacturing costs while improving the insulating performance of the insulating material, using microwaves and a boiling process. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a heart insulating material comprises: a step of preparing 60-100um of glass frit; a step of mixing the glass frit, water, 10-30vol% of liquid sodium silicate, a silicon-based foaming agent, and a surfactant; a step of filling a sealed container with the mixture, microwave-irradiating the mixture, and boiling the mixture for a specific time to dry foamed glass. In the mixing step, the amount of the added surfactant is 1-10vol%, and the amount of the foaming agent is 0.1-5vol%. |
