UPPER STIFFENER FOR AUTOMOTIVE BUMPER

PURPOSE: An upper stiffener for a vehicle is provided to minimize weight and assembly processes by welding both sides of a forming beam in a U shape to both upper sides of a bumper beam through a welding plate on both front sides. CONSTITUTION: An upper stiffener(10) for a vehicle comprises a stiffener beam(11) and a welding plate(13). The cross section of the stiffener beam has a U shape. The stiffener beam is bent to be inclined from both sides based on a central part. The welding plate is integrally formed to the front end of both bending portions of the stiffener beam and is welded to both upper surfaces of a bumper beam.
