PURPOSE: A release film supplying unit and an electronic component molding device including the same are provided to rapidly replace a roll type release film by using chucks of a supplying roller and a winding roller. CONSTITUTION: A supplying roller(110) is formed on one side of a lower mold and supplies a roll type release film used in the lower mold. A winding roller(120) is formed in the other side of the lower mold and winds the release film used in the lower mold. A driving unit(160) vertically moves the supplying roller and the winding roller.
