PURPOSE: A fabricated type scour protection and fishing reef block and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to have the economic efficiency that is able to save the transport cost as the mass transport is facilitated, and to have an excellent ecological environment conservation force. CONSTITUTION: A fabricated type scour protection and fishing reef block includes a first flat block(10) in which a first assemblage groove open to one side on the width direction is formed in the upper region, and a first penetration part to the thickness direction is formed in the a lower region of the first assemblage groove; and a second flat block(20) in which a second assemblage groove open to one side on the width direction and possible to combine to and separate from the first assemblage groove is formed in the upper region, and a second penetration part to the thickness direction is formed in the lower region of the second assemblage groove. Leg parts are formed both sides on the width direction of the lower region of the first and second blocks. The first and second penetration parts are formed by the interval region of both leg parts.
