摘要 PURPOSE: An opening controlling device and method of a distribution plate are provided to be able to maintain the optimal pressure falling rate value required for a fluid bed reactor regardless of flux variation, to stabilize the flow by even gas distribution within the fluid bed reactor, and to minimize the power consumption of an auxiliary power unit such as a fan. CONSTITUTION: An opening controlling device of a distribution plate comprises a distribution plate(110) having plural orifices, plural shafts(130), opening controlling members(140), a first differential manometer(150), a second differential manometer(160) and an opening controlling unit(170). The plural shafts are positioned under the distribution plate along the direction in which the orifices are formed. The opening controlling members are arranged to correspond to the position of each orifice on the shaft. The first differential manometer produces the pressure difference between the upper part and the lower part of the distribution plate. The second differential manometer produces the pressure difference between the lower part of the distribution plate and the fluid bed reactor. The opening control unit rotates the shafts in which the opening controlling members are arranged, based on the pressure differences produced from the first differential manometer and the second differential manometer, and controls the opening to the orifice.
