PURPOSE: A coke manufacturing apparatus and a control method thereof are provided to increase the productivity of coke gas. CONSTITUTION: A coke manufacturing apparatus comprises a coke furnace(110), gas exhaust tubes(150), connection tubes(160), exhaust fans, and a gas junction tube(180). In the coke furnace, combustion chambers and carbonizing chambers are alternatively arranged. The gas exhaust tubes are connected to the carbonizing chambers to exhaust coke gas. The connection pipes connect the gas exhaust tubes close to each other. The exhaust fans are installed inside the connection tubes. The connection tubes are connected to the gas junction tube. |
