PURPOSE: An apparatus for testing both sides of a LCD panel is provided to improve the reliability of the test by horizontally supporting the LCD panel by using a flat support pannel. CONSTITUTION: A supplied LCD panel(10) is mounted in a support panel(110). A first testing unit(121) inspects the appearance of the upper surface of the LCD panel. An elevating unit(130) is contacted with the upper surface of the LCD panel to move the LCD panel in a vertical direction. A second testing unit(125) inspects the appearance of the lower surface of the LCD panel in a state which the LCD panel is attached to the lower surface of the elevating unit.
