PURPOSE: A multi-regulator circuit and an integrated circuit including the same are provided to reduce current consumption by outputting several voltage levels using one set of circuits with a regulating function. CONSTITUTION: A control unit(320) outputs control signals for controlling an internal circuit and a plurality of voltage generation codes. A voltage generating circuit(310) generates a high voltage and a reference voltage in response to an enable signal from the control unit. A regulator outputs a regulating voltage which is regulated with a constant voltage level by using the high voltage and the reference voltage. A plurality of voltage distribution circuits output distribution voltages to distribute the output voltage of the regulator according to internal resistances.
