PURPOSE: An Sb-doped ZrNiSn half-Heusler alloy and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture the alloy with high efficiency using a mechanical alloying process with a solid phase change and a vacuum hot press process. CONSTITUTION: An Sb-doped ZrNiSn half-Heusler alloy and a manufacturing method thereof include: a step of manufacturing mixed powder with mixing Zr powder, Ni powder, and Sb powder which are raw materials; a step of implementing a mechanical alloying process on the mixed powder; a step of implementing a vacuum hot press process on the mixed powder; and a step of obtaining a thermoelectric material of which the composition is ZrNiSn1-xSbx(0<x<=0.08).
