TRANSPARENCY SOLID MARKER

PURPOSE: A transparent solid marker is provided to have smooth writing feeling, to prevent generation of residues, and to have high transparency, by using a benzylidene sorbitol-based compound-containing gel-forming material. CONSTITUTION: A transparent solid marker comprises 3-70 weight% of a gel-forming material which includes a benzylidene sorbitol-based compound; 3-70 weight% of a clearing agent; 3-60 weight% of a clearing aide; and 0.1-10 weight% of dye. The benzylidene sorbitor-based compound is a dibenzylidene sorbitor-based or tribenzylidene sorbitor-based compound. The dibenzylidene-based sorbitor compound is di(P-methylbenzylidene)sorbit or di(m-ethylmethylbenzylidene)sorbitol. The clearing agent is one or more selected from sugars and sugar alcohols.
