PURPOSE: A method and device for centering lead of a lens centering device are provided to accurately control pressing amount by scanning position of the lens after moving or contacting pusher or lenses. CONSTITUTION: A device for centering lead of a lens centering device comprises an optical measuring device(3), a pusher(4), a transfer device, and a NC controller(6). The optical measuring device receives reflection light or transmitted light projected to lens surface of a holder and outputs receiving position. The pusher makes the contact end contacting with the lens by a soft material. The NC controller includes a stroke control member(66) moving the pusher to the center of rotation of the holder based on measured value of the optical measuring device. |
