The intelligent work clamping device is equipped power supply module (2), which has a framed device module-part (2.1) that supports fixed line connecting pins. The device module-part is stationary arranged with an adapter plate (2.1.2) at an outer side or front side of a device body (1.1). A framed machine module-part (2.2) supports other fixed line connecting pins. The machine module-part is moved with a linear motion drive (2.2.5) in the contacting network connection point (2.3), and with the device module part in non-contacting position. The linear motion drive is arranged on a bearing block (3.2) that is fixed on machine tool table (3.1) or at machine frame of a machining center (3).
