PURPOSE: A shear type bolt structure is provided to firmly maintain the fastened state of a bolt with a simple structure by preventing the bolt from escaping through the stoppers with a single inserting process of a bolt body. CONSTITUTION: A shear type bolt structure comprises a bolt body(100) and a stopper(200). The bolt body is formed with an escaping hole(120) by the upper part and is formed with a hanging hole(140) by the lower part. Both ends of the stopper comprise supporting parts(220). The stopper is joined into the escaping hole through a hinge(240) by the medium of an elastic member(300). The supporting part elastically supports the inner side of a sleeve hole and prevents the escaping of the bolt body from the hole.
