PURPOSE: A black oxide layer coating method of a member manufactured of high silicon aluminum alloy is provided to core an oxide coating layer while oxide coating using a precisely manufactured electrolyte is progressed, thereby making an oxide layer structure and improving wear resistance and anticorrosion by a quick operation. CONSTITUTION: A black oxide layer coating method of a member manufactured of high silicon aluminum alloy comprises the following steps: a neutral electrolyte is put into the inside of a bath(S100); a member consisting of aluminum alloy is loaded in the inside of the bath(S200); electric pulse by voltage and frequency is generated in the member(S300); the electric pulse is repeated over two times to form an oxide layer(or a coating layer) on the surface of the member surface(S400); and the electric pulse has 0-1000V and -400-0V of voltage, 50-3500Hz of frequency and 1-50A/dm2 of current density. The impulse time is in the range of 0.001 msec-0.016 sec.
