PURPOSE: A fuel and raw material transfer device is provided to prevent the separation of a belt by maintaining the tension of a belt over a predetermined value while transferring fuel and raw materials. CONSTITUTION: A fuel and raw material transfer device comprises a tension roller(30), a tension maintaining part(70), and a separation preventing part(50). A belt is wound on the tension roller so that a belt(10) for transferring fuel and raw materials can be protruded from one side. The tension maintaining part pulls the tension roller to provide tension to the belt. The separation preventing part prevents the separation of the belt to the lateral sides of the tension roller.
