PURPOSE: A corn silk leachate liquor and a method for preparing the same are provided to contain various active ingredients of corn silk and to ensure excellent functionality. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a corn silk leachate liquor comprises: a step of immersing silk corn in diluted spirit, and leaching; a step of primarily filtering the leachate; and a step of concentrating the leachate to a alcohol concentration of 20-25%(v/v). The diluted spirit is 30-50%(v/v) ethanol.
