PURPOSE: A side carrier device for a vehicle is provided to maximize space utilization by using an internal space of a rear bumper when the space is not in use. CONSTITUTION: A side carrier device for a vehicle comprises a carrier block, a carrier bracket(20), a carrier(40), and a plurality of locking levers(50). The carrier bracket is protruded to the lateral direction of the vehicle from a rear bumper(2) when the carrier block rotates or is fixed to the carrier block for being accommodated inside the rear bumper. The carrier is detachably connected to the carrier bracket through a plurality of locking pins. The locking lever is equipped to the carrier for fixing a load when loading the load to the carrier.
