PURPOSE: A fluid delivery pumping device is provided to control pumping fluid easily and accurately, improve the reliability of operation, to reduce possibilities of malfunction, and to reduce expenses for maintenance. CONSTITUTION: A fluid delivery pumping device comprises a discharge valve unit(110), a chamber unit(120), first and second pumping cylinders(130,140), a piston rod(150), and a pumping driving unit(160). The discharge valve unit includes an inlet(111) and an outlet(112) respectively connected to a supply line(180) and a discharge line(190) in both sides. The chamber unit includes an outlet connected to the discharge line in on side and an opening(122) in a lateral side. The first and second pumping cylinders are installed respectively in an opening(114) of the discharge valve unit and an opening of the chamber unit. The piston rod includes pistons(131) of the first and second pumping cylinders in both sides. The pumping driving unit makes the piston rod reciprocate by a crank arm(164) driven by a motor(161) so that the first and second pumping cylinders pump alternately.
