METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING DOUBLE NFC ANTENNA

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a double NFC antenna is provided to improve durability of the double NFC antenna by forming insulator tapes at conductor plates. CONSTITUTION: A first press stamping process is performed to a prepared conductor plate for forming two antennas(110) which are formed respectively at the center and the boundary. Bridges(120) selectively connects adjacent lead wires and supports the shapes of the two antennas. An antenna cylinder(200) is formed by rolling the conductor plate into cylinder shape. Insulating tapes are attached to the top or bottom of the conductor plate for maintaining the shape of the two antennas. A second press stamping process is performed to eliminate the bridges.
