PURPOSE: A pressure-packing member and a one-touch pipe coupler using thereof are provided to guarantee sealing and water-tightness of a joint of a pipe when the packing member is compressed with a pressure member, and a wing part of a sealing member is widened to left and right width directions. CONSTITUTION: A pressure-packing member comprises an O-ring(41), a sealing ring(42), and a pressure member. A wing part is widened to left and right width directions when the O-ring and the sealing ring are compressed by the pressure member. One O-ring is comprised in the pressure-packing member. Two sealing rings are comprised in the pressure-packing member. The two sealing ring are individually laminated on front and back surface of the O-ring.
