摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing nitrogen monoxide using a super low temperature cooling-trapping apparatus is provided to be suitable for mass production due to a simplified refining process, to collect solidified impurities by solidifying the impurities contained in the nitrogen monoxide, and therefore, to induce the simplification of a synthesis process in a reaction step for producing nitrogen monoxide. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of nitrogen monoxide comprises the following steps: a reaction step in which sodium nitrite and sulfuric acid are mixed to produce the nitrogen monoxide(S10); an acid material removal step in which sulfuric acid gas and nitrogen dioxide within the produced nitrogen monoxide are neutralized and removed(S20); a refining step using a super low temperature cooling-trapping apparatus which uses different or the same two kinds of refrigerants, maintains the temperature at -170 to -140 deg. C to cool the supplied gaseous nitrogen monoxide containing impurities to change the phase of the impurities within the nitrogen monoxide to the solid-state, and removes the solidified impurities within the nitrogen monoxide to refine(S50); and a filling step in which the refined nitrogen monoxide is filled in a product cylinder(S80).
