<p num="1"><br/>This invention relates to hydroxyethylamino sulphonamide derivatives that are <br/>derivatives of darunavir. In particular, the compounds have Formula II:<br/>(see formula II)<br/><br/><br/><br/>or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein: each Y1a, Y1b, Y2 and <br/>Y3 is <br/>independently selected from hydrogen or deuterium; and R2 is -CD2CD(CD3)2 or <br/>-CH2CD(CD3)2. This invention also provides compositions comprising one or more <br/><br/>compounds of this invention and the use of the disclosed compounds and <br/>compositions in <br/>methods of treating diseases and conditions that are beneficially treated by <br/>administering a <br/>human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) protease inhibitor, such as darunavir.<br/>
