CONTINUOUS HEAT TREATMENT METHOD OF ROD

PURPOSE: A continuous heat treatment method for a rod is provided to continuously heat-treat a rod, thereby improving productivity in making a rod. CONSTITUTION: A continuous heat treatment method for a rod comprises a high frequency heat treatment step(S1), an external diameter measurement correction step(S2), a tempering step(S3), and a grinding step(S4). The high frequency heat treatment step(S1) is to use high frequency to heat-treat a rod which is transferred by a conveyor or a roller. The external diameter measurement correction step is to form a rod within the range of an error tolerance by the use of a press in order to press the portion out of the error tolerance after measuring an external diameter of the rod. The tempering step is to make the rod which passes through the outer diameter measurement step to be accommodated in a furnace for tempering. The grinding step is to grind the rod which passes through the external diameter of the rod which passes through the tempering step.
