PURPOSE: A light emitting device package and a backlight unit comprising the same are provided to control the color temperature of the light emitted to the outside by adjusting the thickness of a resin layer. CONSTITUTION: A lead frame(10) includes a first lead(11) and a second lead(12). A light emitting device(20) is arranged on the lead frame. A molding material(30) is combined with the lead frame to form the appearance of a light emitting device package. A first resin layer(51) is formed in the opening of the molding material to cover the light emitting device. A reflection structure(40) has an opening part corresponding to the opening of the molding material. The reflection structure includes a supporting part(41) and an emitting part(43).
