POLYOLEFIN WITH MULTI-MODAL MOLECULAR WEIGHT DISTRIBUTIONS AND PIPE COMPRISING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A polyolefin is provided to have excellent inner pressure performance and processability, extremely high melt flow rate ratio, tensile strength, and full notch creep test, and to have excellent brittle fracture. CONSTITUTION: A polyolefin has a density of 0.93-0.97 g/, BOD(broad orthogonal comonomer distribution) index of 2-10, a molecular weight distribution(weight average molecular weight/number average molecular weight) of 15-38, a melt flow index(190°C, 2.16kg load) of 0.002 g/10 minuets or more and 0.1 g/10 minutes or less, a melt flow rate of 100-300, a short chain branching content per 1000 carbons of the polyolefin of 2-6. The polyolefin is a copolymer of an olefin-based monomer and an alpha olefin-based comonomer.
