PURPOSE: A multilayer power inductor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve initial capacity of an inductor and to increase a DC bias saturation point. CONSTITUTION: A multilayer power inductor(100) includes a laminate(110), an internal electrode pattern, a sealing unit(130) and an external electrode(120). The laminate laminates a plurality of body sheets. The internal electrode pattern is formed on the body sheet and is formed to be exposed to a side of the laminate. The sealing unit protects the exposed part of the internal electrode pattern. The external electrode is electrically connected to both ends of a coil unit formed by a combination of the internal electrode pattern.
