PURPOSE: A transportation device with a height-controllable cargo bed is provided to safely treat cargo because a cargo bed is lowered than a wheel shaft during the loading and unloading of the cargo. CONSTITUTION: A transportation device with a height-controllable cargo bed comprises a main frame(100), first link rods(200), wheels(20), and an angle control unit. A cargo bed(150) is loaded in the rear end of the main frame. One end of the first link rods is rotatably connected to first link shafts(102) of the main frame. The wheels are rotatably connected to the other end of the first link rods on wheel shafts(202). The angle control unit controls an angle between the first link rods and the main frame in order to lift up or down the main frame against the wheel shafts.
