PURPOSE: A debit device is provided to prevent a debit device and a life boat from being directly exposed to the outside by installing a cover module. CONSTITUTION: A debit device comprises a lifting frame, a hinge unit(106), a cylinder unit(104), a fixed cover part(110), a rotary cover part(120), an auxiliary cover part(130), and a protective cover module. The lifting frame is connected to a life boat to launch and return the lift boat. The fixed cover part is connected to the lifting frame. The rotary cover part is hinge-connected to the fixed cover part. The auxiliary cover part is installed on an offshore structure. In a state where the life boat is returned, the fixed cover part, the rotary cover part, and the auxiliary cover part are coupled to form an internal receiving part where a debit device and the life boat are received. When the life boat is moved by the lifting frame, the internal receiving part is opened by the protective cover module.
