A non-aqueous electrolyte solution containing a lithium salt, a non-aqueous solvent, and a compound expressed by the following formula (IIc): wherein Z6 represents an integer of 2 or larger, X6 represents a Z6-valent hydrocarbon group having 2-6 carbon atoms, R61 represents, independently of each other, an alkyl group having 1-6 carbon atoms, R62 represents, independently of each other, an alkyl group having 1-6 carbon atoms substituted by one or more halogen atoms and any two or more of R61 and/or R62 may be linked with each other to form a ring.
